Refund Policy

30-Day Sleep Guarantee

Sleep on it — for thirty nights. If SILENSILK isn't for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

  1. Email help@soundlessilk.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely (original box preferred) and ship it back via a tracked service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked, insured service — we cannot refund items lost in transit back to us.

Condition

For hygiene reasons, returned masks and pillowcases must be unworn / unused, in original condition, and (ideally) in original packaging. If an item is returned used, damaged, or missing packaging, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund (including original and return shipping) at our cost.

Non-refundable

  • Gift cards.
  • Shipping fees on the original order (unless the item was faulty).

EU / UK statutory rights

Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Our 30-Day Sleep Guarantee is more generous and runs in parallel — you may rely on whichever is better for you.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks and card networks typically take 5–10 business days to post the refund on your statement after we process it.
