These Terms govern your use of silensilk.com and any purchases from SILENSILK, a brand of Algorithm Alchemy, Linnanrakentajantie 4, 00880 Helsinki, Finland. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use this site.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for any lawful reason (e.g. stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing error). A binding contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation.
3. Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where supported, otherwise in USD, and exclude taxes unless stated. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed via Shopify Payments and supported wallets (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

5. Returns & Refunds
See our Refund Policy — a 30-Day Sleep Guarantee applies to all products. EU/UK consumers also have statutory withdrawal rights.

All site content, the SILENSILK name, the SS monogram, photography and copy are the property of Algorithm Alchemy or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
Don't scrape, hack, attack, or misuse the site or its APIs. Don't use the site to break any law.
9. Disclaimers
SILENSILK is a sleep accessory, not a medical device. We make no medical claims. Discontinue use if you experience irritation. The site is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price you paid for that order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. EU consumers may bring claims in the courts of their place of residence. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
