SILENSILK ships worldwide from our atelier in Thailand. Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Thai public holidays).

Orders over $100 ship free worldwide via International Mail. Express upgrades remain at standard rates.

Customs, duties & taxes
Prices on the site exclude import duties and local taxes outside Thailand, unless calculated at checkout for your market. Where Shopify Markets supports DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), all applicable duties are shown and collected at checkout. For DDU shipments, the recipient is responsible for any duties or taxes assessed on import.
Carrier responsibility
Once we hand a parcel to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We will help you investigate and resolve issues such as delays, mis-deliveries, or damaged parcels, and will reship or refund per our Refund Policy when an item is lost or arrives damaged.
Force majeure
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, customs hold-ups, war, civil unrest, government action, or carrier-network failures. We'll keep you informed and find a solution.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the parcel leaves our facility. Reshipping fees may apply for returned undeliverable parcels.
