2-Year Warranty

Every SILENSILK product is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of original purchase.
What's covered
- Stitching that comes apart under normal use.
- Strap or closure failure unrelated to misuse.
- Silk fabric defects (snags from manufacture, not wear).
How it works
- Email help@soundlessilk.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
- If covered, we send a replacement of the same product (or closest equivalent if discontinued).
- You pay only the return shipping for the defective item. The replacement ships free.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or pilling from washing.
- Damage from improper care (machine wash, tumble dry, harsh detergents).
- Damage from accidents, pets, or third-party alteration.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under applicable law (including the 2-year EU legal guarantee under Directive 2019/771).
